Purpose :It achieves good result in quilting different materials such as memory foam, latex, polyester fiber, non woven, jacquard fabric, knitted fabric, leather and down fill.

1】 Automatic thread trimming for one side or both sides.

2】 Panasonic servo is equipped as Spindle motor,which is high-precision, durable and low noise.

3】 Rapid movement of sewing head and frame while idling ( reduce idling time ,improve quilting efficiency ).

4】 The controller adopts high-speed computing chip and advanced algorithm(Reduce mechanical vibration thus improve the service life of moving parts).

5】 High-speed oil-free thread take-up connecting rod is patented.  Quilting speed reaches 3000RPM.

6】 Rotary shuttle lubrication system is controlled by motor.  Various lubrication modes are optional.

7】 Dynamic lubrication for shuttle base, that can be adjusted automatically according to speed.

8】 Self developed  sewing head is direct-driven, it works faster, more accurately, and more stably.

9】 Square guide rail for X direction ensures high accuracy.

10】 Slight translation adjustment realizes combination quilting.

11】 XXL shuttle is equipped.

12】 "Advanced functions as Spindle fault detected, self-stop at thread broken, transboundary protected, and sewing head auto-lifting is optional".

13】 Adjustable presser foot for materials with different thickness .

14】 Patterns can be browsed,  rotated and mirrored in the system. Multiple formats are compatible.

15】 Patterns can be auto-scaled  when pattern margins is set.
